Grade 9 Students of Swarnapuri and Kukatpally Excel in SAFAL Online English Exam

At MNR Scottsdale School, we believe in promoting excellence, both academically and in skill development. Our Grade 9 students of Swarnapuri and Kukatpally campuses exhibited their command over language as they ably attempted the SAFAL Online English Examination under the aegis of the National Education Policy.

The SAFAL (Structured Assessment for Analyzing Learning) exam assesses students’ understanding, analytical, and communication capabilities in real-life situations. For our young students, the test was more than an examination; it was a chance to use what they’ve absorbed in real-world contexts and express themselves confidently.

Laying the Groundwork in Language and Learning

At MNR Scottsdale, our Educators and Mentors believe in developing a student’s ability not just to prepare them for an exam but their LIFE! The English department performed different practice tests, mock exams, and reading exercises to improve grammar, vocabulary, and writing. In interactive workshops, through storytelling and peer-learning, students built confidence as well as curiosity.

This work is really indicative of the school’s feeling that communication is key, whether in academics, working on a science project or when they go on to become engineers, scientists and researchers.

Besides Exams like SAFAL, they are working on the science experiments, including STEM learning and IIT foundation coaching programmes as well. This setup serves as a way to develop students’ capacity to transfer their conceptual understanding between disciplines and enhance analytical thinking. Our students are always experimenting with learning, from groundbreaking science projects to hands-on experiments showing how language and logic intersect.

We are deeply convinced that when students are encouraged to articulate their thoughts clearly, it improves their learning in all subjects,  but particularly science and math.
